Global Election Observation Mission Attends Inauguration of President Kagame

On June 15, 2024, Rwandans cast their votes in a pivotal election that saw President Paul Kagame re-elected with a remarkable 99.18% of the vote. This overwhelming victory has been followed by an impressive inauguration ceremony held at Amahoro Stadium on 11 August 2024 in Kigali, where Kagame is being officially sworn in for another term. Among the distinguished guests at the inauguration are members of the Global Election Observation Mission, led by CEO Mboni Abel Lubega and the Head of Observation Missions, accompanied by Opong Jehosophat, the Media Manager.
